Why Chris

The Right Experience for This Specific Job.

Chris Vignieri is Chief Legal Counsel for the Department of Children and Families, Suncoast Region, where he manages the legal office covering Pasco to Collier County and serves nearly 6 million Floridians. For over a decade, his job has required one thing above all else: deliver services fairly, consistently, and without any regard for politics.

He has been a Lee County resident since September 2000. He registered to vote here. He has voted in every election since. This is his community, and this office directly affects how every one of his neighbors participates in our democracy.

He is not bringing an agenda to the Supervisor of Elections office. He is bringing a track record.

Priorities

What This Office Demands. What Chris Delivers.

Priority 01

Competence You Can Count On.

Accurate voter rolls. On-time results. Equipment tested publicly before every election. Chris will run this office the way a legal and administrative professional runs anything important: with documented procedures, no shortcuts, and full accountability to the public.

Priority 02

No Conflict of Interest. Ever.

The Supervisor of Elections is a referee, not a player. Chris will oversee candidate filings, maintain voter records, and administer the election code with one standard: what the law requires, applied equally to everyone. No self-dealing. No appearance of impropriety. No exceptions.

Priority 03

Every Eligible Voter. Every Time.

No eligible voter gets wrongly removed from the rolls. No one is turned away without a lawful reason and a clear process to appeal. Chris will make the rules simple to understand, the office easy to reach, and the process transparent from registration to the final canvass.

Community First

When Lee County Needed Help, Chris Was There.

After Hurricane Ian struck Lee County, Chris did not wait for someone else to act. Working off generator power, he volunteered to help administer disaster supplemental nutrition assistance to families right here in the community he calls home.

"You show up, you do the work, and you take care of the people around you. That is the Supervisor of Elections Lee County deserves."

That is the instinct he brings to public service: results first, politics never.
